It’s a Beer Dinner!

Join us and 4 Hands Brewing Company on Wednesday, May 8 at our Hampton location for a night of beer and BBQ. You’ll enjoy a four-course meal with a select beer pairing from 4 Hands accompanying each course.

Doors will open at 6:30pm with dinner starting at 7pm.

Lyonnaise Salad: Cherry Smoked Pork Belly, “Sous-Vide” Farm Egg, Frisèe, “Everything” Crouton, Bacon-Sherry Vinaigrette

Cherry Smoked Oysters: White Cheddar, Buffalo Sauce, Herb-Mignonette, Lemon

Red Hot (Beef) Ri(b)plets: Oak Smoked Beef Rib, Steak Frites, 48 hr. Steak Sauce, Fresh Horseradish

Chocolate Salted Honey Caramel Tart: Smoked Pecan Crust, Salted Bourbon Honey Carmel, Vanilla Bean Ganache
