St. Charles Location (Chicken Coop)

501 S Main St, St Charles, MO 63301 - CAPACITY: up to 50 guests

  • Available Monday - Sunday (Lunch & Dinner)
  • Full Private Space: up to 50 people - $1,000 F&B minimum
  • Semi-private shared space: up to 30 people - $750 F&B minimum
  • The customer agrees to a room deposit of $1,000 or $750 depending on the choice of fully- or semi-private.
  • Deposits will be applied toward the costs of Food and Beverages on the day of the event.
  • If food and beverage purchases total out to less than the required minimum, a service fee will be applied in the needed amount to equal the minimum.
  • No partial refunds are issued on deposits.
  • A 20% gratuity and sales tax (9.95%) will then be added to the total bill.

Hampton Location (Piglet Room)

5625 Hampton Ave, St. Louis, MO 63109 - CAPACITY: up to 30 guests

    • Monday-Sunday Lunch ($300 food + bev min)
    • Monday-Thursday & Sunday Dinner ($300 food + bev min)
    • Not Available for rental Friday/Saturday Evening
  • Customer agrees to a room deposit of $300.
  • Deposits will be applied towards the costs of food and beverages the day of the event.
  • If food and beverage purchases total out to less than $300, a service fee will be applied in the needed amount to equal $300. No partial refunds issued on deposits.
  • A 20% gratuity and tax (11.3%) will then be added to the total bill.

Hampton Location (Bovine Room)

5625 Hampton Ave, St. Louis, MO 63109 - CAPACITY: up to 50 guests

  • Available Monday-Sunday Lunch & Dinner ($500 food + bev min).
  • Customer agrees to a room deposit of $500.
  • Deposits will be applied towards the costs of food and beverages the day of the event.
  • If food and beverage purchases total out to less than $500, a service fee will be applied in the needed amount to equal $500. No partial refunds issued on deposits.
  • A 20% gratuity and tax (11.3%) will then be added to the total bill.

CWE Location (South Bay Room)

392 N Euclid Ave, St. Louis, MO 63108 - CAPACITY: up to 50 guests

501 Clark St., St. Louis, MO 63102 - CAPACITY: patio (up to 200 standing or 130 seated)

    • Monday-Sunday Lunch & Dinner
  • Cocktail-Style event ($75/person)
  • Buffet-Style Dinner event ($100/person)
  • Customer agrees to a deposit of 50% the estimated total.
  • Deposits will be applied towards the costs of Food and Beverages the day of the event.
  • If food and beverage purchases total out to less than 50% originally paid, a service fee will be applied in the amount needed to equal the deposit. No partial refunds issued on deposits.
  • A 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill the day of the event.
  • FYI: This is a PATIO and not a room at our Ballpark Village location.
