Wedding Catering Inquiry Form

Going to the chapel, and you’re gonna get married … with Salt + Smoke as your caterer. Duh. Whether you’re looking to cater 5 or 500 wedding guests, we have a selection of options for you to choose from—we just need to get all the delicious details from you to get started.

And the best part? We made it really easy for you. All you have to do is fill out the below wedding questionnaire (a lot of the questions are required, so if you don’t have some details finalized—just make your best possible guess!). Once the form is all filled out and complete, you’ll receive an email from us and hear from one of our wonderful catering team members in 2-3 business days.

Let’s get planning!
