Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are sent out Monday-Wednesday. Any order placed after 2 pm on Wednesday, Thursday-Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Salt + Smoke is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Salt + Smoke is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

If your meat order arrives late, please send us an email so we can take the next steps to replace your order.
